Step 1:
Call our office at (664) 678-1224 or message us and we will get you scheduled for an initial evaluation .
Step 2:
During your initial evaluation, the physical therapist will speak with you to find out your limitations and goals. A physical examination will then occur to identify specific deficits and limitations. A unique treatment plan will then be made for you.
Step 3:
